Serfas Club Drive Street Improvement Project
This project consists of the preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) for sidewalk, curb and gutter, retaining wall and driveway improvements along the west side of Serfas Club Drive between Pine Crest Drive and Monterey Peninsula Drive in unincorporated Riverside County near Corona, CA. The objective of the project was to “fill” in a sidewalk gap closure, adjust top of curb profiles to alleviate drainage ponding and to provided ADA compliant driveway approaches. A retaining wall was required for the sidewalk gap closure.
Intersection Improvement Project
This project consists of the preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) for raised median/roadway improvements, ADA pedestrian ramps, landscaping improvements, signing/striping, traffic signal modifications and street lighting improvements at two signalized intersections; Alicia Parkway at Marguerite Parkway, and Santa Margarita Parkway at Marguerite Parkway. The objective of the project was to increase capacity and improve traffic flow at each intersection by providing dual left turn lanes and increasing the width of existing Class II bicycle lanes; hence providing de-facto right turn lanes.
